We have a December advent calendar with little activities to do each day. Most of the stuff is really simple and small, but the one the kids look forward to the most is "sleep under the tree". They look forward to it each day and it's the closest thing to sleeping under the stars you get in the cold winter!

We also took a quick trip down to Temple Square in Salt Lake to see the pretty lights. We don't always make it down there every year, so it was fun to go!
Another favorite activity is decorating Ginger Bread houses. Some years I'm lazy and we do Christmas trees (upside down icecream cones). This year that's what the younger two did.

Jay had a cute little Christmas program and picked out this sweater to wear for it. I didn't get a lot of good pictures during the program because he was in the back and the kid in front of him was wearing a santa hat (sigh)
Our neighbors invited us to Christmas Eve Mass, so that was a fun new tradition we did!
