We got to go to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving this year since we are within a drive again :)

All my sisters and their families were there and we even managed to get a group pic!

and even made cute placemats for the kids with crayon holders and all. I think we got at least 15 minutes of eating in peace thanks to the placemats lol

All the guys got to go shooting on Thanksgiving and then they got to go riding on Friday. I guess my Dad is making up lost time from not having any sons

Every time you look at Marlee she gives you the biggest grin in the world. In fact if you walk by her she will cry because you ignored her lol. You HAVE to acknowledge her- such a cutie!!

and the last day all the guys were sore from riding so we threw all the kids in the jacuzzi with them as payback for leaving us with the kids for 2 days!

We had a great time and ate great food! I don't know what it is about the food you grew up with...but I've missed it the past few years- so I indulged extra this year :)

what can I say-my life pretty much revolves around this little guy so he's the only thing I'm taking pictures of lately :)

chubby cheeks!

 We start our day (after waking up at least 6 times through the night) at 6:30 so that we can have a little snuggly time before the other 3 kids come piling into my bed! I nurse him in my bed and then we just hang out. He is super alert during this time since it's still coming out of the night...as the day goes on he's less and less alert until of course- about 1 am hits and his day starts over! lol

 Passed out on the floor. I wish they could sleep on their bellies- they are so much happier that way! If you look close you can see his cute little chin...he sucks in the middle of his bottom lip and is oh so cute :)

Last Sunday the 4th he smiled for the first time! We were watching football together on the couch and he just gave me the cutest little grin I've ever seen :)

 It was fun hangin out with him in a quiet house for a month while everyone else was at church....now we are joining the rest of the fam.

So the other day I was in Jay's room early in the morning and the girls came in to see and play with Jay. Hailey was being pretty silly which earned her first smile from Jay. I got it on video which is a lot easier to catch than on the camera!

Jay is already 1 month old!!

1st real bath on October 24th

 He LOVED it!!

 Some babies wake up happy and looking around. Jay wakes up ticked off that he doesn't have food in his mouth already. If he has to open up his eyes he's waited too long lol

 He's starting to be a little more alert during the day time, but not much.

His most alert time of day is once all the kids have gone to bed and he knows he has Mom and Dad all to himself....so around 8 pm he wants to be wide wide awake and he just lays there looking around. 8 pm is better than 1 am, so we are getting closer and closer to daytime! Yea!

He is just a cutie!

Happy Halloween!! We had a great Halloween and the kids of course had a blast.

Scott wanted to be something super scary but seeing how his trick or treat buddies (aka sisters) get scared easily, I made him settle on a vampire. He loved it.

 Hailey has been obsessed with Rapunzel lately and so we made her this wig out of yarn to complete the dress she got for Christmas last year. Super cute!

 And here's the cutest clown around! lol

Ari has been wearing this around all week in preparation for Halloween. She was goofing off during prayer and Kevin tried to give her the "be reverent" talk and I'm like, "Look at her? How can you be serious wearing that!" Oh man she's funny!

I told Hailey to pick out something for her Dad and this is what she picked. We had a few of our own neighbors not recognize him which was pretty funny.

Scott and Hailey got to dress up for school which they've never done before so that was fun. They had parties in their classes too, so I decided to take Ari to trick-or-treat the stores along old main street like we use to do when we lived in Nibley. 

She LOVED the extra one on one attention (and extra candy) can you tell? :)

Such a goofball. She was so cute though just after a few stores she looked into her bag and said, "that's enough" and I gave her a funny look and she said, "Oh, not enough? Lets do more" She is so funny.
