Arianna is such the opposite as Hailey. Every day she wants to put a dress on. If I make her wear shorts or pants she will cry and cry, and then go sneak in her room and get a chair and pull down a dress. I give in. It sure is fun to have girls with such different personalities.

Scott is such a great little artist I just love when he brings home stuff from school. This one is of a castle and the bird flying around is a dragon. Some girl dumped her water color paints on the right of it, but it sure is awesome! I think it's so funny because everything he draws is perfectly symmetrical. I asked if he ment for it to be the exact same on both sides and he was like "No it's not Mom one side has a blue dungeon and the other is just a black wall."

Kevin was there when he did the moon one. They have "Watch D.O.G.S." at his school where they get Dads to take a day off of work and come to school with their kid to help out. Their goal is to have a dad each day of the school year. They had so much fun together. I think it definitely topped Scott's list on his all-time favorite days ever. Kevin took this picture of Scott in the gym. The only part Scott was disappointed about was that Kevin wasn't able to play much on the playground because there was a line of 20 kids that wanted to be lifted up to ride on the zipline. He said he lifted up one kid and next thing he knew there was a line. LOL

Other than that we are just busy getting things ready for our big move at the end of May. Our house is officially listed for sale and we had an open house this past weekend. We are all burned out from all the work it took for the house to look just perfect. We did find a house to move into and we close on May 21st, so we need to sell quick! Wish us luck :)

This last week was a busy one!

 Hailey and I try to bake once a week just because she loves it so much! I told her she could choose from her kids cookbook what we were to make that week. On Tuesday night she decided on chocolate cookies since we were having the missionaries over for dinner. One thing I'm going to miss is having the missionaries over so much. Out here they really rely on the members, especially in our small branch. I also find it so funny that every missionary we have here is either from Utah or Idaho with the exception of one from Las Vegas which just happened to be Clark Demille (my old bishops son!) It's so fun because I usually have some sort of connection like the one that was over this particular night's parents went to school with my parents in Sugar City (not the first missionary with that connection). I could write a whole blog post on missionary connections since we've been here really- it's been a blast!

Anyways Hailey sure has a love for baking and cooking. Anytime she can help me in the kitchen she's there! :)

Wednesday was my birthday. My Mom told me I was turning 28 and I didn't believe her so while I was talking to her I was secretly figuring it out on the calculator and in the middle of our conversation I was like "I'm going to be 28!??! What!" She was hystarical

I haven't seen much of Kevin lately...I think we figured he was gone 4 weeks out of the last 6 weeks, so he took the day off and we did some shopping.

 My favorite thing he got me was a remote for my camera. Super fun. Scott was hiding it under the table taking pictures :)

 Arianna didn't eat any cake for her 1st or 2nd birthdays, or any from Scott and Hailey's birthdays either. Here she is eating her first bite of cake EVER

Then this weekend was the Saturday Kevin and I were suppose to be hosts giving tours through the Kansas City Temple for the Open House. Best experience ever. I really could have stayed there all day if we could have. We got to take the kids through a tour late Friday night and they loved it of course. After going through the celestial room Scott said, "I LOVED that last room!"   

 The temple is a 3 1/2 hour drive and we were suppose to work a 6 hour shift. The callings came from the stake so we happily agreed and were super excited, but in the back of our minds we were wondering what on earth were we going to do with the kids! I kept having that feeling that everything would work out if we were suppose to be there. So what ended up happening? Well one of my best friends from here was in Kansas City that entire weekend for her son's baseball tournament and their whole family was going (and to go through the temple open house) including her daughter who happens to be our babysitter. So we got a hotel where they were staying along with a late checkout- and she was able to come right to the room (at 6 am LOL) and babysit for us. What a blessing.

 It really was such an amazing experience though to meet and talk with so many people from all over and especially the non-members. They were planning on over 8,000 people coming just that day...so there were lots of people! Kevin caught up with someone he knew from Colorado Springs, and I caught up with a gal that was in our married student ward in Rexburg. Crazy! After the long day we decided to drive to Adam-ondi-ohmon

 It was gorgeous and you could definitely feel the spirit that was there. The kids just had a blast walking around on all the trails and it was good to get them moving- they all passed out on the drive home.

 Here's to another busy week of dentist appointments, home inspections, trying to list our house, trying to finalize buying our house in North Logan AND trying to squeeze in a weekend trip to Nauvoo! We'll see if we can make it happen! :)

This year we did "tie dye" easter eggs by wrapping rubber bands around the eggs...super fun and easy for the kids to do

Due to meetings, etc. we had to do the hunt in the morning and the grass was too wet so they got to do it in the house. The Easter Bunny went a bit crazy this year (due to collecting so many at the community hunt he had extras to hide :)

In other news.... Kevin's work is still relocating us back to Utah around the end of May. We did put an offer in on a foreclosure there and are in the process of counter offering back and forth with the bank. Hopefully we will come to an agreement and it will be ours! :) Super exciting! We got the appraisals done on our house here in Missouri yesterday and the realtor is listing it this week. Busy busy next few months for sure!

The kids and I went to the community Easter Egg Hunt this past Saturday

As soon as we got there about 5 of Scott's friends from school came running over so they all went hunting together. By the end Hailey was telling them each good bye with all their names memorized... so cute (and sweet that Scott lets his little sis tag along)

 They divide it in ages so I went with Ari to the tot side. I gave Scott and Hailey specific instructions to stay together and come back to the rope when they were done. I told them if we did get separated to meet up at the cop car by the restrooms. It was so funny because I was watching them the whole time and when they finished they didn't even bother looking for me, they just started walking over to the cop car...funny kids.

I thought Ari would remember from last year and get way into it this year, but she was still a bit timid...just her style :)

For Family Home Evening this week I wanted to just do something fun so we made those Easter egg rice krispie treats. You use big plastic Easter eggs and spray them and use them as molds. The kids had a blast

Dad has been M.I.A. in the last few posts since he's been gone 2 weeks again for work. It's been rough I won't lie- especially with just being exhausted and sick with the pregnancy. The kids can't wait to see their Dad (and I can't wait to sleep in on Saturday...quite possibly maybe the entire day! LOL)

Cute little video of Ari dancing around last night. She loves to dance and she's always making me put on Cinderella for her to watch...then she'll run to her room and put on a dress and high heels. She's always twirling around like a ballerina, so when she was dancing to YMCA it was pretty funny.
