Hailey Turned 9!

Hailey turned 9 on Wednesday!

She helped me Tuesday night do her cake. I love how she likes Christmas cakes...last year she wanted a snowman and this year she wanted a reindeer. But only if we made the nose and eyes out of marshmallows of course! :)

I told her she could have friend party this year but she decided she just wanted to celebrate with our family, do some crafts and maybe go play on the arcade games at the fun park.

She went to school which she says was boring, and Jay and I took her out to lunch of her choosing which was Costa Vida. I accidentally took her out too early but the teacher said go ahead, so we had time to run to the store and get pencils to give the kids in her class to help her celebrate her big day! 

Then after school she wanted to do a craft, so to go with her cake they made reindeer necklaces and invited their neighbor friends (it was too chaotic to take pictures lol)

Dinner of choice was olive garden salad and breadsticks with alfredo sauce

She stayed up until almost 10 facetiming her cousin Mia and showing her all her things :)

I got her a self addressing stamp with some cards because she loves writing mail. She also got a craft from Scott, an art case from Ari and a soccer trainer (to practice her soccer ball skills) from Jay. And of course the trolls set from her Dad. And Grandpa/ma and Grammy got her some cash-ola she can spend! :) She is already planning to take some more art lessons with Grammy's stash. And what is she holding? Oh just a poop emoji pillow from her Aunt Brooke. Hailey is the funniest girl in the world seriously! We are so blessed to have her in our home to spread all her happiness and joy!

She had such a great day! And was just so happy all day at all the little things. She's a happy girl anyway, so it was just fun to see her get so excited on a day all about her.
