Jay turned 4!!!

He has been begging for weeks to get an Iron Man costume for Halloween so I finally caved Friday when Kevin took Scott camping and Jay needed a cheer up. It's his new favorite thing

AND he wanted Batman gummies he found at a store on his cake and picked out all superhero stuff for his party supplies. He is into the superhero thing at the moment!
He got to decide all the happenings for the big day, starting with my homemade waffles with strawberries and whip cream for breakfast. Then we went to a park for a picnic and he invited our buddies from across the street to come play with us. We had lunch and played some games and then played flag football. We had so much fun! Then it was pizza for dinner of course. Oh and lots of chocolate cake. Chocolate cake and cupcakes and chocolate frosting. This boy loves his chocolate :)

Then this grandpa from across the way came riding over and asked if all of us wanted a ride on his little train. How fun right!?

Then it was back to playing. He got to stay up extra late too...not that he would have went to bed anyways. He was much too excited!
